About us
We Put Up Lights was born in Vancouver, during the winter of 2002 in response to having people ask our founder, Riel Roussopoulos, for years… How did you get those up there? Who did your lights, could you come help me with mine? From a small beginning in 2002, we’ve grown to have a range of clients including shopping malls, hospitals and more beautiful homes than we ever thought we’d see in a lifetime.
Every year we've grown bigger and have tried to extend our reach into other areas besides the West Vancouver customers that have been the core of our business.
We've expanded to year round service for special events (like weddings) and other religious holidays, as well as doing more and more RE-LAMPING for commercial and residential clients.
Other areas we service directly include Richmond, Squamish, Whistler, North Vancouver, Surrey, Delta, Ladner, Burnaby as well as Victoria, Kelowna and several other areas in BC.

What we do

The graphic below represents the layers of lighting and other effects that we can apply to your building. From one simple wreath, to a fully animated color changing show timed to music, we'll make your site shine. We use professional mounting hardware and pride ourselves on using non-invasive mounting methods as much as possible. Our installations are always tidy and professional and we hide the cords and go to great lengths to make it look as close to perfect as we can.
