PS - Something that I didn't mention in the video is that by Clicking the "VIEW MAP" link on the requests, you can see the postal code in Google Maps.
This shows you the block that the installation job is on and in many cases, you can use streetview to see the actual houses, it's a great way to preview client jobs and even grab a screengrab to do an estimate with.
