- Do you install in my area?
- We install anywhere in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, Whistler, and Victoria. We also work with an extended network of installers around the country and may be able to help you find someone, don't hesitate to put in an estimate and we'll try to match you up with an installer in your area.

- How do you charge? ( hourly?, by the job?)
- We charge installation by the foot. The by the foot rate fluctuates based on the height, and slope of the surface you wish to be lit. If required, our bucket truck is rented at an additional $60/hour with a 4 hour minimum, although it is not required for most jobs.

- How are your installs, better than the kid down the street's?
- The kid down the street has absolutely no idea, how to make a home look as nice, and professional as we do. With years in the business, we know all the tricks of the trade, and our installs are second to none.

- Are you insured?
- Yes! We have $2 Million in 3rd party liability insurance and our crews are fully covered in BC by WCB.

- When do you usually start installing for the season?
- Every year, with increasing numbers of return clients, the season starts earlier, and earlier. Typically, we start in late October.

- What kind of discounts or deals, do you offer?
- We offer a 10% discount if you book a job to be installed before November 1st. Also, we offer a lower take-down rate, if you pay for it in advance.

- Do you offer package deals?
- We can set up package deals, if you can set up more than one job in the same area. For example, if you can get a few neighbors together, and organize the date etc, we can offer you as the organizer a discount or even free labor on your house (if you get enough other clients for us).

- What kind of LED products do you carry?
- We carry all kinds if LED products. From rope-light, to tree lights, to color changing lights, even LED address signs. There are no LED products that we can't get for you and we test lots to find you the best quality and variety there is.
